You’ve probably used other service providers in the past where you need to be as involved as possible, but with The PPC People we handle nearly everything

We want getting your PPC ads up and running to be as seamless and hands-free as possible for you. We’ll handle the keyword research, conversion tracking, optimising existing landing pages and ad copy for you.

Effectively, all we need to get started is access because we do all of the legwork, so you can focus on running your business.

What we need from PPC clients

Whilst the list below is extensive, if you don’t already have these set up, our team can set these up for you, and some of them you might not even need.

Google Ads Account access

If you’ve run Google Ads in the past and already have a Google Ads account, all you need to do is give us the 10-digit account number in the top right-hand corner. We’ll send a linking request from our manager account, you accept it, and we’re in!

If you’ve never run Google Ads in the past, you don’t need to worry, as we’ll set up a brand new account for you, and give you full access so that you have visibility.

Google Analytics (GA4)

GA4 gives us full visibility on what’s happening on your website after a user clicks on an ad, and therefore is essential for reporting and making optimisation.

Google Tag Manager

This is absolutely essential for tracking conversions, whether that’s email clicks, phone calls or form submissions. You may not already have this set up, but don’t worry, as we will handle the full conversion tracking setup. This ensures that we can track and report on any actions users are taking on your website via our ads.

Website access

We have vast experience working with many different website platforms and CMS, including WordPress and Shopify. We’ll need full admin access to ensure we can build and tweak landing pages, and ensure that Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics codes are installed.

Google Merchant Centre (eCommerce clients)

If you’re selling products on your website, Google Merchant Centre is essential, even before you start running Google Ads! This will allow us to feed your products into Google Ads to run Shopping & Performance Max campaigns.

Third-party booking platforms

If you offer any specialist services that require online booking, these will usually be done via a third-party platform. In order to set up tracking, we’ll usually need access to them for full integration.

How do I give you access?

Don’t worry about that. Even if you’ve just had these set up in the past by someone else and have never touched them, we’ll give you comprehensive instructions on how to grant us access to everything from Google Ads to GA4.

Aside from giving us access, our onboarding process is pretty straightforward and hands-free for you. We’ll handle everything, including:

  • Product feeds
  • Keyword research
  • Ad copy
  • Optimising landing pages

Once we’re up and running and optimising your ads, you’ll receive a full report at the start of each month so you can have full visibility over results and what we’re doing in your accounts.
